Sarcoidosis presenting as Hypercalcemic Pancreatitis
Abstract
SUMMARYSarcoidosis is a multisystem disease of unknown etiology
and protean manifestations. Pancreatic involvement is
unusual with only a few case reports in the literature.
Granulomatous infiltration is the usual cause. This case
